About
Oakham Ales approached ALU and South Bank Architects to design a new cold store and brewing shed for them at their brewery in Peterborough. The building has achieved planning approval and work is underway in its construction.
Externally the shed acts as a link building between the existing offices and stores which Oakham Ales have now grown out of. Internally there is a complex network ofmachinery and processes which we have mapped and composed in an ordered, cost effective and user friendly arrangement.
