Sam bought a tired three bedroom first floor flat in Putney and asked us to assist in it’s transformation. We prepared sketch designs, obtained planning permission and managed the building contract to radically alter and add to the existing building, converting it into a spacious four bedroom flat with a huge broken plan living space. A new floor was added in the loft space through the addition of a deceptively large rear dormer and the bedrooms were given ensuites and lots of storage.

The flat was completely refurbished with new smart heating and electrics, bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything was finished to an exceptional standard.
